WHAT TO BRING:
Steps, blocks and hand weights are provided. You will need to bring your own exercise mat. (If you forget your mat, we have a couple of extra mats that you are welcome to borrow.)
Ankle weights are optional and can be used during the weight training portion of the program. If you want to use ankle weights, you will need to bring your own. We recommend the type of ankle weights that are adjustable in weight and fasten with velcro only. It is recommended that you start without ankle weights to develop good form and strength.
There is a filtered water fountain at Wills Park, however, you may want to bring your own water bottle.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear cool, comfortable clothing and most importantly – wear good shoes with lots of support for step. Please do NOT wear running shoes for step.
Shoes are optional for Pilates, yoga and weight training.
