Step – Pilates – Yoga – Weight Training
This one hour class takes the best of everything to create a total body workout. We start with 30 minutes of heart healthy cardio on the almighty step where joint-saving low impact routines are choreographed to all sorts of lively motivating music. The next 30 minutes blend a wide variety of pilates, yoga and weight training exercises to thoroughly work the body from head to toe, right to left and upside down. Then for the grand finale we end with gentle stretching and much needed relaxation exercises. It’s everything you need all rolled into one fun fitness workout!
